We went to Slumberland on Friday, February 3rd 2017 looking to purchase a new mattress. While shopping in the mattress section, we were greeted by Justin Edwards. Justin got to know what we were looking for and showed us options that fit our needs/wants. He made sure to show us options in our budget and wasn't trying to push more expensive mattresses on us. He took his time to explain each mattress option and had us try them out as we went. While talking to Justin, we also wanted to look at a bed stand and a new couch. Justin was able to show us different styles and designs in those departments as well. He was always very informative and never trying to just make a sale. I left that day and price shopped the competition over the weekend. After stopping back one more time with more questions, I finally came back in to Slumberland on Monday the 6th and purchased my new furniture from Justin. Justin is one of the main reasons I made my purchase from Slumberland! He is a very knowledgeable sales person and always gave outstanding customer service! I came in to buy a new mattress and left with a new mattress, bed stand, couch and even pillows because Justin took the time to take care of us! I highly recommend Slumberland in West Baraboo, WI for your next furniture purchase. I received my new items yesterday and I couldn't be happier. The delivery/setup guys were super nice and very thorough. They setup our bed, hauled away our old couch and took any trash they made with them. Went to Slumberland in Baraboo, WI for the first time today. I dreaded entering the store as I hate high pressure sales.

We went in and after a few minutes we were greeted by Garrett. He introduced himself and I let him know we were just looking. Garrett was super friendly and let us know if we needed anything to let him know. What a relief. No salesperson breathing down our backs. Quite the opposite of what I usually experience at other furniture stores and it was such a shopping pleasure with the approach Garrett used.

I went in looking for a new mattress but was drawn to a living room set that caught my eye. It was perfect and we decided we would wait on the mattress and get the living room set.

We found Garrett and asked a few questions about the set and decided to purchase it. Garrett had everything done and we were out the door in under 30 minutes.

Garrett offered a protection plan which we declined. Guess what, no hard sell, no you have to have it, nothing except respecting our decision all with zero attitude.

Garrett was awesome. We didn't get what we came in for as we gravitated to the living set instead. We will wait till Memorial Day and probably get the mattress then as we are on a budget.

I am just thrilled with Garrett as he was the "PERFECT" salesperson for my personality. The entire visit was a breath of fresh air.

My first experience and it was horrible. We went looking on Wednesday and the sales guy was great the person I ended up purchasing from was rude to the point that my son didn’t even want to do business with him and asked if we should just go to another business . After being told I could have my chairs Friday but it would be a couple of weeks for my couch they showed up at my new place without notice after I was told they would call me two stops or two hours away so I would be there because he didn’t know what time it would be. The delivery guy called to tell me he was sitting at my house. He told me I could get them delivered on Monday . A guy calls me and says they can’t deliver Monday no one is working for delivery but can on Wednesday . So we went back and forth. Than another guy called which I do believe was my sales guy but by then I was so pissed I didn’t care about his rudeness. I was told someone would call me Monday and let me know if I was going to get my chairs . I am to the point that I don’t think they even want to deliver them. I think I will for now on stick with going...
