Pizza Hut — Restaurant in West Baraboo

We arrived around 6:20 and were promptly seated. There were about 2-3 other tables occupied in the restaurant so there was no wait. There were 3 of us. We all ordered the “special” which was one trip to the salad bar, and one personal pan pizza for 7.99$ Along with a side of cheese sticks and a side of pasta...our waitress was very kind and repeated our order to us to ensure that our order was correct... after we finished our salads we were notified that they had run out of the personal pan pizzas and that they were going to just make a medium pizza and they would go “half and half” remember that there are 3 of us... and one ordered buffalo, one ordered Alfredo no tomatoes, and the other ordered bbq no bacon... how was that going to work? They eventually brought out 2 medium pizzas. One buffalo and the other Alfredo. We then waited for the third... after waiting a few minutes we inquired about the third pizza to which our waitress apologized and said it would be a few more minutes. We could hear them saying they still needed it, meaning they had yet to make it... finally after 10-15 min of waiting the bbq pizza came out but definitely had bacon on it. So at this point we had asked for it to be remade, but made as a to go order so we could just take it home. We also realized after receiving the 3rd pizza we had never received either the cheese sticks, or the pasta. So again we inquired about our food to which our waitress replied “My apologies I will go put that order in” meaning she had NEVER put the order in... at this time it was already getting close to 7:20. One hour in and we had only received 2 of the 5 things ordered. Eventually they brought out our pasta and cheese BREAD. Not sticks like we had ordered. Our waitress eventually came out and informed us that they would be removing the cheese bread from the order. So we ate our food and waited for the bill. Once we received it we noticed it was all on one big check. We brought it to the counter to where a man said he was going to divide the check 50% - 50% .... again THERE ARE 3 OF US! and proceeded to swipe one card and then the other leaving us to try and figure out who ordered what and how much each of us owe.... extremely frustrating as a whole! Completely dissatisfied with this location and it’s attention to detail and just lack of competence from entire staff. Will not...

Put my order in for delivery tonight just after 10 p.m., the worker was struggling on his end to figure out the machine because it was acting up. I was very patient with him as things happen, so i just waited. He thought he figured it out and charged my card for my food and then said I owed like $6, which I didn’t because my card was charged and it took my money…

Then the manager got on the phone, at this point I wasn’t mad or upset or anything, but still being patient. The manager couldn’t figure out the problem, he then said what he was going to do is charge my card AGAIN, even though it was already charged for the order which I wasn’t receiving. He said I would talk with the other manager tomorrow and they would refund me, at this point I was annoyed but told them I wasn’t going to pay for 2 orders when I’m only receiving one. Regardless if I have to call back the next day to get my refund for the first order. The manager then said he would take care of it and I would receive my food in 20 minutes.

To sum it all up, it is 12:20 a.m. I never received the food I payed for or call giving me an update on anything. Very disrespectful and...

If I could, I would give them 0 stars! Our waitress was Amy and we first ordered our drinks one water and 3 mt dews one with no ice, not too hard. Took her about 15 minutes to bring them and she messed it up. Then she acted like she was mad that we didn't have our plates in a nice stack when she brought the pizza over. Then she finally brought the bill and said she was waiting on us to leave. And we had a question about the bill and she ended up ripping the paper from our hand and walked off sighing. She came back a few minutes later and said she just added another coupon onto the bill, but never answered our question. At this point we all agreed that her behavior was not appropriate. And as if that wasn't enough, we walked up to the counter to pay the bill come to find out that she did the same thing to another guy. And she was still acting pissy to us while we were paying the bill. I'm sorry that we decided to spend money at this restaurant so that you can have a job. We will NOT be going back. And that is really too bad because...
