Bought two pairs of shoes less than a month ago and the Filas I bought started to delaminate on the toes of both pairs, a little background, I spend a lot of money shopping at this store and because I didn't have a receipt. which I never had to keep the receipt I was told there was nothing they could do, I might just as well throw them out,,,I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO EMBARRASSED BY THEM SELLING INFERIOR MERCHANDISE AND AGAIN I WAS A GOOD STEADY, LOYAL CUSTOMER WHO WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANY OF THEIR STORES AGAIN. WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS WAYS RIGHT, WELL MY RIGHT IS TO NOT SHOP ,THERE AND TO TELL, ALL OF MY FRIENDS OF MY EXPERIENCE, well i told a little white lie,I did go in there on March 15, 2018 figuring that maybe the 2 guys that took care of me were having a bad day, plus they do have good rices on their shoes on sale, So being the slow learner that I am, or maybe the forgiving person that I can be I bought a pair of running shoes, wore them for one hour and this time i kept the receipt, i went into the store the next day and the young man couldn,t be any nicer but he had to get the ok from the store manager who told me to just take a toothbrush and clean them up, so i did and when I brought them back in to exchange them the manager said they still weren't clean enough,,,( they were cleaner than when i bought them )so as a gentleman i took them outside and donated them to someone they would fit, very grateful, So again as I look at all of the money I have spent on golf equipment, clothing and jelly beans I will never shop at any of the Dunham stores again, they lie, have no conception of customer service or the value of a good paying consumer and I'm sure i am not the only one they have treated like this....IF I EVER STEP FOOT IN THEIR STORE AGAIN, SHOOT ME, never have I been treated so poorly to give someone my hard earned money to be treated so poorly, and by the way it took me 15 minutes to find a salesperson to ask about the merchandise only yo be lied to only because he really had no training or knowledge of their own stock, but i bet they can figure...

10x20 pop up tent from the store when I opened the box it was obvious it had been opened before when I took the tent bag out it did not have none of the accessories that's supposed to been with it when I tried to put the top on the 10th it was already torn we were unable to use the tent it was horrible we lost out on a lot of money because of that event because we couldn't be out in the sun took the tent back the associate said under no circumstances they could take that tent back because it wasn't in the box then he came back 20 minutes later and said I needed to put it back in the box I said can't nobody fold up the top of a tent and put it back in the box I said you had no business selling the tent as if it was brand new and it was used needless to say I was up there an hour and finally got a manager to take care of it properly and I told them that they needed to train all of their associates to where they are aware of all the policies I had the receipt and I had two more weeks to actually bring it back for exchange or refund with the receipt for the other sales associate to be nasty and not trying to make the situation better was really horrible I will never stop at that...

I give the supervisor a five I went there to pick up a 38 Derringer for pocket carry I conceal carry a 27 Glock I let the store assistant know that I would like to get the 38 he began filling out the paperwork at this time I changed my mind and decided to get the 9 mil Derringer instead of redoing the paperwork another employee suggested he stated I'm not going to do that cross out two locations change the make and model wrote down my wrong CPL number which I did not notice till I get home he took a little longer than normal bringing the gun to the counter I know this the cashier was curious at what happened to him when I get the gun home I noticed ejectors does not hold the bullets the Cobra lock was replaced with a very cheap one no instruction manual I'm curious if he hand me a gun the store was going to return look at the picture hopefully the police department will make the correct changes to the sales record and also the store should replace the shell extractor with one that hold the bullets the salesperson was smiling a lot rushing me for a reason no one...
