If I could give less, I would. We purchased a washer and dryer that RJ did deliver and install for our daughter and son in law. Within just a few days the dryer wasn't working properly. RJ went to check it out and said it was a lint issue. I personally went down to look at it and the front dryer panel was not even attached to the dryer. When my wife called he actually accused her of doing something to it. He did return and fix that problem. About two weeks after that, the washer stopped agitating. When my wife called, she had sent him a video. He picked up the phone with "what did you do to it?" He proceeded to call her names, call her ignorant and too picky. She replied that she did expect a washer to wash and a dryer to dry. He hung up on her. He did call her back and say that he would go get the machines back and refund her money, but that in return, she could not leave a bad review. He actually blackmailed her. All while I was in the car and listening to him yell at her, call her names and then finally blackmail her. He accused her of already writing a bad review, which she had not, and then told her that he couldn't afford a bad review.

She said that she was not that spiteful and that she had not left a bad review, all of which was true, but after the way he spoke to her, I am leaving a bad review. He obviously did not fully inspect the machines before delivery and to blackmail someone when you sold them something is just wrong.

We did purchase them sight-unseen for our daughter and son in law. While he may have perfectly good machines, do better than we did and inspect...

Reece is terrific! I contacted him last weekend originally. He answered his phone right away and even face timed me to show me the inventory he had. I couldn’t get it until at few days later and he held it for me. We made an appointment for early morning and he showed up on time with another guy to take my washer and dryer down my stairs and hook up the appliance I bought from him. The price was very fair. At first I was skeptical about buying a used appliance, but then I got to RJ's shop and found the perfect washer for my wife which matched our new GE dryer. It was mint condition and I payed half for the same model of what a new one costs. his inventory is impressive. He offered a 30 day warranty so I knew once I hooked it up to see if it runs I would be okay, which it does and runs smoothly to this day which is well after 30 days. My wife loves it!
