I had my equinox in there 5 times now for the same issues. I’ve even had other people who have felt and heard it even your one girl Mary think smelled the burning. But yet you guys tell me nothings wrong. My trans jerks ,smell burning oil like I’ve had noises in the engine when I start it up. Then I have a noise underneith. But nothing they say. My car sat in that drive in bay for 30 mins and then the guy took it back and was gone for a few mins and back. There is no way he had enough time to check any of that. Also the lady you have running the service she is very rude. She told me since I’ve been there 5 times it’s time to seek a different place to have it looked at. She was just rude. And then I ask for a paper of why I was there and she got rude with me. Told me go get it from the cashier. Which I did which she is very nice the lady that was at the cashier. The last time I was there the transmission guy was telling I think her name was Mary. That there’s nothing wrong. And Mary said can he take you for a ride and show you the noises he’s hearing or feeling and he’s like look I’m a trans guy i drove it it’s fine no I’m not going for a ride With him. He didn’t think I heard him being cocky toward me. Even Mary also said she smelled the burning oil smell or whatever it is. I’m very disappointed in how I was treated there. I send people there because you guys are usually friendly. My friend Lisa bought an equinox there and my dr went there and got a Tahoe because of me telling how good you guys are. But that’s not gonna happen anymore. Please tell your techs and mechanics to take time With vehicles instead of pushing it off. And tell your service lady to be nice to People. I had a hip replacement and can’t walk good without a cane. So I need a vehicle that is running good and I’ve been extremely upset of how I was treated yesterday. Thank you guys for the other kind people that have worked or worked there that are nice. But I will not be back there for anything ever and I will spread the word of how I was treated. Many prayers to your employees that maybe the lord would speak to their hearts to make them wanna be more nicer to...
Read moreBackground, hit a animal on Thursday which incapacitated my vehicle. After hearing back from my insurance company, I picked Team Hodges to do the repairs. I called towing company to have them deliver the car to the dealership and then I called the dealership to give them heads up that the vehicle was on the way and this was Friday morning. I then waited for them to call back to update me on what was going on with my vehicle. Did not hear anything back Friday and all Monday morning. Called them back and they had no idea or did not have knowledge of me calling on Friday. They also did not have my vehicle. Called the tow company and they stated they drove my vehicle over to their facility but apparently the person who writes checks for the towing was not there and so they had to take my vehicle back to their lot. I told the tow company to take it back to the l dealership and stated they knew it was coming. Called the dealer back and let them know it was on it's way and they took my information again. Did not hear anything Tuesday and waited til that afternoon on Wednesday and called back She stated they had the vehicle and had not had a chance to look at it but would get to it later that afternoon or Wednesday morning. Waited until mid morning on Wednesday and no call so I called back and she stated they had just looked at it and they would call me that afternoon. Needless to say no call and when I called back no one answered to my phone call at the body shop. Thursday no call and I called back left message and no call back. Friday morning still no call back and when i called they send me to the body shop I get just the voice mail. I called and spoke to the operator and they stated they would walk down there and ask them to call me back and now it is 1.5 hours later and no call. I live 1 hour and 20 minutes from this dealership so I cannot just go there and do a face to face, so this is not showing me the 5 stars that all others are showing on other reviews. It has been one week without so much as them calling me to at least update me and I am without my vehicle. Best case scenario is I may see my car in about a week...
Read moreI wish I could give 0 stars. I had a horrible experience here. Just a few weeks ago we went through Nesters for my boyfriends truck and it was a much smoother service experience. I called about getting work done on my coolant system and asked them to look at the entire car, which I paid for. They told me that my radiator, water pump, and a few belts needed repaired. They told me I would be charged hourly for labor and then said they were charging me a flat rate of 924$. I asked to speak with the mechanic because I had questions about the repairs and they said no one was there to speak with, but the shop was still open. My battery light was on and wasn’t when I dropped it off. One guy told me to turn the radio off and run the car for a while and couldn’t give me any more information. When I got home, I read through the paperwork and there was a list of extra things that were wrong with my car that I was never initially told about in the estimate, including the alternator, a misfire, the condenser, and more. These were the things they were supposed to tell me before moving forward with repairs. Now I have sunk a ton of money into fixing a car that might not have been worth fixing because they neglected to give me an accurate diagnosis. They also left things lose under my hood. My after market security alarm was just bouncing around loose and there was a belt shield broken that wasn’t when I took it in. My car broke down and wouldn’t start within 2 hours of leaving the dealership. Horrible customer service and obviously horrible mechanical work. I feel as if they left out the major repairs the car needed because I made it clear I wouldn’t move forward with repairs if it would surpass the cars worth. No one had answers to my questions and the final paperwork never matched the initial diagnostic. I have heard many bad things about the dealership today as I started looking through reviews and...
