Haven't been to this location in 4 months due to bad experience but decided to give a chance. Ordered 6 of their sauces that are almost a dollar each, got all the way home to discover I was given the wrong ones. Called up there and spoke to a sassy and rude supervisor. She offered for me to drive up there to exchange them. So food safety I took a product home but you want me to bring them back and I can trust you won't just give them to another customer. I know I would not want a product that was taken by customer out of tge store and returned. Anyways, driving up there means eating my pizza cold when I got back also, I did not even get a "sorry this happened". When I told her she was just like "ok". Her dimeaner came off as a what do you want me to do about it. I was not given any other options but I made sure she should have given me an option to go up there or she could take my info and I could go at my convenience to get a refund. Sd she could not give her name or the store managers name, ok I get that some businesses don't allow that. I then asked if manager normally works mornings or evenings, she told me mornings and very snotty said goodbye and hung up. Sounds like this young lady does not understand customer service or management has not coached her on it. How one can get a position without knowing how to handle customer issues is way beyond me. First thing you do is apologize and that did not happen at any point in the conversation. Read moreSometimes you can get fresh pizza here. Don't go through the drive through if more than 1 person is already there as you could be waiting for a long time. Half the time their Pizza Portal doesn't work, so if you order through the app, go straight to the counter because they don't put a sign on it saying it's out of order and you could be waiting for them to put your pizza in there, while the whole time in in the warmer behind the counter and they don't ask you if you've been helped. If you ask for extra butter and parm on your bread sticks, they will charge you for them but it seems like there is actually less, then try to tell you it's because it soaked into the bread sticks. A few times I've had the pleasure of overhearing some inappropriate conversations behind the counter, as the workers don't really care if customers are standing there. Read moreIf I could give a -5 stars I would. Ordered online and when we got our pizza the whole center was bubbled and burned. We asked the worker in the drive thru for a new one and why they would even serve a pizza that looks like that. His “excuse” was that they were busy and that’d we’d have to wait 8 minutes for a new one. We then asked for a manager because at this point ordering ahead was made pointless. Unfortunately, she is not trained in customer service because her response was combative and full of excuses. Made the situation worse by saying that’s what hot and ready pizzas look like….I can see from reading past reviews that this isn’t a new issue with her and this location.
