I gave them one star for their total lack of sympathy and empathy. While the patient is alive, they supply the necessary medical equipment. However, once your loved one passes, they do not give you even one day to breathe. They do not consider that you may not be ready to clean out their room yet. They do not considered that you may be so emotionally exhausted and drained that you don’t have the energy to get up the day after your loved one dies. All they care about is getting their equipment back. I’m not saying to drag it on for a long period of time but they can pick up a phone and at least see when it is convenient for you. They can at least give you 24 or 48 hours to grieve. They are simply working for the insurance companies. They have no respect for the families that are grieving their loved ones. I had the greatest experience with this company! With only a few days to find a wheelchair ramp to get my grandpa into the house after a long hospital stay CareLinc surpassed all of my expectations! They went out of there way to get the ramp from Grand Rapids to west branch and then delivered it to my home in Gladwin with only a days notice! Every staff member was kind and courteous from the receptionist on the phone to the delivery driver who set the ramp up for me. I will 100% recommend this business to anyone who could use their products or services. Carelinc will forever be my go to for medical supplies and equipment!! The walker was supposed to have been delivered to the midland hospital before I left. We waited for 4 hours for it then we left. Then got a call when I was 10 miles from home asking me if I'd come back to the hospital to get my walker I said not. Then I was reassured that it would be delivered on Monday nope no delivery. It wasn't until Tuesday morning that it was delivered. So the delivery guy gets 5 stars and CareLinc gets a half a star in my book. The Westbranch store deserves a 5 star rating because they are the ones that actually filled and delivered the order for my walker id recommend that store to anybody that asks or needs medical assistance...
