ORIGINAL REVIEW: This review is in reference to the UPS Drop Off service offered by Ace Hardware which is supposed to be a FREE service according to the UPS website for ALL authorized drop off locations. This location however is charging $1.00 per package even though my packages already have labels. This is fraud, and I called UPS to verify this location should NOT be charging for drop offs.
