I just officially picked up my dress yesterday and feel so confident in my choice! I started at Ardmore location but then my stylist recommended West Chester location for a second appointment since they have more dresses in 16+ sizes. My first appointment was great there just wasn't enough selection in my size and style. I still felt like i had a productive session narrowing down more and more on what i want versus i didnt want. In my second appointment even though I knew I found the one, I had a couple other appointments lined up that i wanted to go to. I was able to place it on hold for $30 that would go towards the purchase of the dress and I was back the very next business day to pick it up! Kim was great helping me find the dress and even though she knew it was the one she understood my hesitation! When I arrived to pick it up Kelly was so sweet and allowed me to try it on again to get more pictures! I would always recommend Sabrina Ann to any brides whether you are on a budget or not. It is such a unique experience and if you can't commit a year out you have more flexibility to shop within the 6-9 month out window since you take the dress home immediately. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding dress shopping experience. I brought my sister, my future MIL, and one of my MOHs to the appointment, and we had the entire shop to ourselves for 90 minutes. As a plus-sized bride (street size 14/16, bridal size 18/20), I was nervous/anxious about dress shopping. Sabrina Ann Couture itself was welcoming, and I felt completely at ease within the first few minutes of meeting Callee. She was so friendly, super knowledgeable, and had already pulled a few dresses based on my intake info ... As I tried them on, we chatted about the venue, the wedding colors, and my vision for the day -- in addition to how I felt while wearing each dress. Callee continued to pull dresses as she got to know me, each one better than the last. When I (quite unexpectedly) felt like I'd found "my" dress, Callee answered all our questions and then gave me space to check-in with my friends/family. Ultimately, I felt confident saying "yes" to the dress and left the shop with it in-hand! ... My experience at Sabrina Ann Couture exceeded every expectation. Amazing service - beautiful & intimate - excellent natural light - good selection with great deals on a variety of designer dresses - accessories available - lovely & personable associates. I walked in to ask about appointments when I passing by. I was quickly & pleasantly greet by Rachel. It turned out she had a short gap between appointments and welcomed me to look at the selection and try on some dresses if I would like to - I was excited and luckily had some time! Rachel was extraordinary and made the experience excellent. She asked and listened to my interests in style of dress and helped me pick out a few dresses. From a quick look at some pictures I had saved on my phone she pieced together a wonderful choice for me in addition to what I had picked out!!
