Aesthetica by Dr. Adam — Local services in West Chicago Township

The most expensive clinic in Chicago but the service doesn’t reflect the price. I don’t like to leave reviews but I don’t want people, as myself, who are getting filler for the first time to have a terrible experience. The reviews are good because he offers a discount if you post one.

During my initial appointment, Dr Adam was more attentive to Vogue and Elle setting up in the next room. Didn’t treat me for well over an hour and didn’t check anything before leaving the room. Through the treatment he’s running in and out of every room and yelling his assistants name in my ear while he’s injecting me. After I paid I noticed something off and had to call him back in because he didn’t even bother to check before sending me off. Having 10+ years of experience doesn’t mean you don’t give your full attention to patients. My experience was so alarming I recorded every appointment, on my phone, I had after just to document.

After getting my chin filled, I was in extreme pain and contacted the emergency number. They treated it far from an emergency and don’t get back till the next day and told me to come in at 12pm…

After my appointment I was told there’s no need to schedule a follow up as they use before/after pictures to determine the outcome. I was told over 7 times that I would receive those pictures and for TWO WEEKS they ignored me and didn’t.

Anytime I mentioned pain Dr Adam down played it. Pain tolerance varies and you shouldn’t make someone feel bad for it. You should step back and take their comments into consideration and reevaluate.

I have to clarify that Dr Adam did try to redeem after the first incident. But the clinic decided to move my appointment that I booked 3 months in advance and couldn’t book me for another 2 weeks? This is not the first time this happened. I was told twice I’d be contacted and nothing. My appointment came and went. I told them I am no longer interested. Why would I pay such high prices for nothing but problems

I sought this clinic due to the high price, Dr Adam’s experience in Dubai and the good reviews.

In my experience Dr Adam is more suited to be a business man than a doctor. These are MEDICAL procedures and need to be taken seriously. This was my first time getting filler and I’m too scared to do it again. Save your self a significant amount of money and go to literally any other clinic because you’ll get better...

I don’t often leave reviews, but when I do it’s either because I’ve received shockingly bad customer service or in this case, exceptionally stellar service where they went above and beyond!

I’ve seen Dr Adam and his team, (who are always so sweet) 4 times in total now and i’m extremely pleased with the service and results I’ve gotten each time.

As a guy in my early 40’s, I don’t want to look haggard before my time 👴🏼 but I also want to look like myself, (just 10 years ago if time stood still!).

I’ve had Botox elsewhere before, and I wasn’t very happy with the previous results either time. After Botox treatment at the first place, my eyebrows were absolutely different heights leaving me looking like Jim Carrey! They wanted to charge me for more units to correct this issue. Second place put far too many units in and froze my face from the nose up! 😬 (not good for us actors).

A friend put me onto Dr Adam, assuring me that Dr Adam knew what he was doing and would take the time to listen to exactly what I wanted (and didn’t) and why. Then he’d discussed what my options were. (Which is exactly what he does each time I go in, building on the success of the previous treatment).

The fact that they also offer a zero % APR when you spread your payments out over a 3-6 month period was also so helpful.

Dr Adam’s got a big personality! He’s enthusiastic, caring, professional and listens to you carefully about what/why you want aesthetic changes and then clearly explains how he can help!

His facility is brand new, staff were extremely friendly and welcoming!

I wanted to reduce my forehead wrinkles, crows feet around eyes and fill a deep furrow groove between my eyebrows. He’s done a great job each time keeping it looking extremely subtle and natural!

I’ll deff be back again, I trust Aesthetica to keep me looking fresh and feeling good.
