For years I used to go to the original (?) Output on the Northside. It was amazing! This place is an embarrassment! Close it down. FIRE EVERYONE. START OVER! I used to love the original place so I kept insisting on trying this location. We decided to go in on a weekday because we hoped it might be a little better since service has been pretty HORRIBLE on the weekend. We tried going twice on a Sat but it was BAD so we left. We were so WRONG; despite there being several tables available in the "main" area of the place, we were placed in the back, waaayy back area which felt like a doctor's waiting room but smaller. And that's exactly what we did- we waited until we were sick- 25 minutes to even be acknowledged by some lady who said someone would be with us "shortly"- possibly a supervisor? Terrible if she was bc she saw us sit there another 15 min and we were clearly not helped, but she just kept walking by. The sadly rude and miserable waitress who walked back and forth in there just side-eyed us the whole time and did nothing to acknowledge us. We were clearly in her section- there's 6 tables, how could we not be? Other unfortunate patrons were also sat in the reject-pen and were made to sit and wait...and wait...and wait, until one mom with an infant and a small child decided to get up and raise hell. She said she'd been there 30 min- with a baby and a hungry child! Yikes! By this point another waitress (not the one who was in our section with the pants cutting circulation off to her brain) decided to apologize and promised to come back and take our orders. There were three tables waiting. We waited another 10 for her to come back. By this point we've been there almost an hour.. Point of No Return by now. Mind you that it's a weekday and they are busy, but far from "packed." We ordered the "Juicy Booty" drink which was all juice and NO booty. Expensive trash. Onion rings came out on a spike(where this restaurant will end up if things keep going like this) and were greasy and cold. Wings were overcooked and warm. ONE plus? Sauces were good! Not good enough to make me return. We will NEVER go back to this place. I know restaurants have "overflow" areas, but this was not that. This area was reserved for the truly rude and unprofessional staff to wait on. Stop putting people back there, or train your staff on what wait staff actually does and doesn't do, so your customers aren't injured with incredibly bad service on top of being insulted with paying for really bad food and drinks. It's a shame to put your name on such a crappy place! I know it's hard to find good wait staff, but dang. Don't make lazy & stank face requirements for hire, maybe? Put some cameras in so you know who's bringing you down, maybe? IDK. At this point, I'll go to Wing Stop🤢 before I return here! On my S#!% list for sure. :( Maybe I'll go back to the Northside location to see if it's a Berwyn only issue. Not...
Read moreOk let's do it. I been coming here for years even put a few of my friends and family on. Today I came to get the usual I always get because I take most of it to go. And rarely come on sat. Im always pleased with the wings. I got 20 wings 4 flavors a drink and potato skins and that's what the menu says. Mind you they have a output platter as well. I've never ordered it just see it on the menu. Never had a problem with food or anything until today. The server who bought my food ask me me if I order a platter i asked him twice to repeat what he said to make sure I heard him correctly. He said you ordered the platter I said no. So the waitress who served me come to me and says the order the server bought you was yours but you told him it wasn't, I said he said a platter that's not what I ordered i ordered 20 wings. So she storms off w an attitude. They basically gave my order to a table behind me. Now me being me I always make sure my order is correct. So after this the rude waitress never came back to my table I had to flag down the other waitress who was kind enough to acknowledge me and serve me. The manager Edwin/eddie not sure if that's his name was rude as well, he claim to have stood there and watched me turn down an order that was repeated to me wrongly esp when u have a platter on your menu that is not 20 wings. So if you stood there and witness the misunderstanding why not correct it instead of picking an argument? And instead of apologizing and moving from it they decided to ignore the rest of my time there. What would I get out of turning down my order like seriously ......... make it make sense. And when I paid for my food and got up to leave the chick/waitress yelled byeeee have a niceee day she was rude and ignorant. Like it didn't even have to go that point. Oan thanks to the lady manger i beleive her name was Anna for speaking to me. I might have to find a new wings sports bar. I do not appreciate rude and bad service. And that was very...
Read moreCame with 2 other people on a Tuesday afternoon, 3pm. Three people at the bar and I think six or eight people at one side of the dining room. My group was the only group in sitting at a table in the bar area.
First, someone noticed that the table smelled like dirty rag. We used our water and napkins to wipe down the table, it helped, as the smell wasn't as pungent.
I Ordered the 4-wing, 2-slider with fries special and an order of onion ring for the table.
One person’s food came with the rings. At least 5 minutes later my order came out, even though is was the same as the first person's order, and delivered without my blue cheese dipping sauce. Another 3-4 minutes go by and finally the 3rd person’s food came out.
I will speak for only my food. Sliders were requested medium rare, delivered well and COLD, the melted cheese was hard again. The beef patty, well all I can say is, I don't think the person who cooked it does not know of salt and pepper. No seasoning what so ever, except for the taste of overcooked meat. Fries, no different, they were cold.
The waitress, that's another story. She spent more time at the bar, possibly doing shots with people there, and the people on the other side of the dining room. When she came back with the third person's meal, I had to ask, can I possibly get my blue cheese dipping sauce? I can't say she gave me attitude, but I can see she wasn't thrilled about me asking her about it.
Lastly I didn't wanna say anything, complain about anything or asked to have my food to be redone, basically for two reasons; I was hungry and the person who suggested the place loves their wings. I can tell you I've had better wings delivered to me from Tortorice's, the pizza restaurant next-door.
Will I come back? Would...
