Everything is hands-down my favorite clothing store in Chicago. The staff, especially Kara, are helpful and encouraging & genuinely love fashion - which leads to great conversation. The entire experience builds the customer’s confidence. I haven’t even arrived at the clothing part yet! Plenty of high-end brands with superb fit at reasonable prices. The place has super cute unique clothes, but me and a friend (we’re both black) walked in and not once was greeted by the two girls who saw us, one even walked past us, we walked around for about 3-4 minutes and still weren’t spoken to and we ended up leaving.
