The food was so amazing I went there 3 times in a wk. The drinks are great and the customer service was awesome. I will continue to dine here.

Update as of 4/19/23 Went there today and the customer service was terrible. The waitress brought water to our table and didn’t leave straws. I had to ask 3x’s for two straws. I waited 10-15 minutes for the waitress to return to my table to take my order. The waitress had gone to take someone else’s order that came 10 minutes after me and acted as if we were not there. When she finally came back to take our order. I ordered the Healthy Juice(kale, cucumber and lemon). Tried the drink and didn’t like it because it was very watered down. I asked our waitress to swap it out for another drink and she said “she would see once the bartender came back”. She asked the bartender and the bartender told her “that I couldn’t swap out my drink”. I had only took 2 sips off of it. So I asked “well since you can’t swap it out please remove it off my bill”. The waitress came back and said “we can’t remove it off of your bill and proceeded to tell me because they sold it to other customers and didn't get any complaints and that it was made this morning. What does the customers and their taste buds have to do with me right? I told them that this was poor customer service and if something isn’t good and the customer tell you, you should do your best to accommodate them. I asked to speak to the manager which btw is the bartender. I explained to her my concerns and she said the exact same thing the waitress said earlier, which was “they sold it to other customers who didn’t complain about it and that it’s made with water. I told them you out to much water in this drink. Keep in mind it’s a premade drink that they made this morning. I have never eaten at a restaurant that refuse to swap out or refund you $5.50 for something that wasn’t to your standards or even good enough to consume. There actions showed me that they did not want me in their establishment as a black woman. Also, I realized after eating our meal that there was no Turkey chorizo in our huevos rancheros which btw was apart of the meal. Even the person I was with who is Caucasian realized their behavior towards us. The owner really need to speak w/ the manager and waitress about customer service skills. I will never patronize this establishment again.

I only gave two stars for the previous experience I had with them, which was great...

Walking into Azul 18, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The restaurant carries itself with a quiet elegance—classic yet inviting, polished yet warm. At first, the space was calm, with the kind of peaceful morning stillness that makes you want to sip coffee and ease into the day. But in what felt like an instant, the energy shifted. The doors swung open, conversations filled the air, and suddenly, the place was alive, vibrant, and full of the kind of energy that makes a restaurant feel truly special.

I ordered the Huevos Rancheros, and what arrived at my table was nothing short of morning perfection. The dish was a masterpiece, carefully layered with bold yet balanced flavors. At the heart of it all were the eggs, two perfectly cooked sunny-side-up beauties, their yolks like pools of golden sunlight, glistening and waiting to spill over the layers beneath. They were silky, rich, and luscious, their warmth melting into every bite.

Beneath them, a crispy fried tortilla provided the perfect foundation, sturdy yet delicate. The homemade turkey chorizo added a smoky depth, mingling beautifully with the creamy refried beans, while the velvety guacamole offered a cool contrast. The queso fresco and sour cream added a luxurious creaminess, balancing the bold flavors, as the tomatillo sauce wrapped everything in a tangy, slightly spicy embrace. A final sprinkle of fresh cilantro on top completed the dish, adding a bright, herbal touch.

Every bite was a symphony of textures and flavors, crispy, creamy, smoky, tangy, and rich all at once. The dish was thoughtfully composed, each ingredient enhancing the next, making breakfast feel both elegant and indulgent. This wasn’t just a meal; it was a beautifully crafted experience, turning a classic into something refined yet comforting. Azul 18 understands how to elevate flavors with intention, and I already know I’ll be...

Went for chilaquiles and cocktails. The drinks were great. The Monday special was a Bloody Mary. I don’t know what was special since it was same price as other drinks. Ordered the “Spicy” chilaquiles with Cochinita Pibil asked for extra spicy salsa. And the lady says “habanero?” I’m like of course and can you bring that with chips. She charges me 6.50 for broken stale greasy chips and brings me a heated up tomatillo salsa. She never came back to the table after that. I had to ask other workers for things. I asked for my habanero salsa to come with the chips (it didn’t) and then when I got the habanaerobsalsa i i ACTUALLY asked for , they charged me a nother dollar. Ok. Even though they charged me for something I didn’t want. Ok the chilaquiles come out and the pickled habanero were great there was only 1 habanero it wasn’t even spicy. It was drenched in tomatillo salsa. The habanero salsa they gave me was a tomate paste it had more tomato flavor than habanero. My chilaquiles came out SOOOO SWEEET it tasted like the ham you eat on Easter Day caramelices with pineapples. Again, the waitress never went back to our table for us to be able to say something to her. Just random workers asking if we’re ok and I’m like no i wanted my habanero salsa and I wanted my food to be spicy. It was the same as the chilaquiles my Cousin ordered. She asked for hers to be regular and I asked mine spicy and they were EQUALLY sweet. I just don’t understand how it says “spicy green chilaquiles” but nothing spicy about it. With that being said, my margarita was great even though they didn’t have cucumber. They only have 3 flavors of margarita and were out 1. Anyway paid our $90 bill and didn’t even finish my food.

If you like spicy food, DOMT COME here If you like fast service, DONT COME HERE if you like great/attentive service, don’t come here. I was here on a Monday...
