Great store but don’t buy anything from the window. We’ve been going for many years. Recently I bought a pair of wax pants that I really liked, where the only pair my size were hanging in the window.

Got home, washed them once and they were completely sun bleached and ruined. Spoke to them about it and they refused to do anything, even when I suggested a tiny discount on a new pair.

I always thought expensive luxury boutiques cared about customer satisfaction, quality, and retaining customers. I probably wouldn't even have written this if the girl wasn't so rude about it when I asked if there was anything that could be done.
