We landed on a home that was a short sale which added quite a bit of time and complexity. Despite the long and arduous sale, Curtis was diligent in managing the sale and always available to collaborate on the best approach to each step of the process. His knowledge and expertise was invaluable in navigating the process and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out.

I wouldn't recommend a short sale unless you have 6 months to wait for closing, which just further speaks to the dedication of Curtis and the team at Iowa realty. Next time I think we will go for a traditional sale but I certainly know who we will be going to...
