I had an all around terrible experience. The only one of the way too many employees that were working that spoke to me or offered to help was the one that stopped me to give a coupon as I walked in the door. Other than that, there were a ton of employees just walking around. More than one cut me off on the way to her destination and none bothered to ask if I needed assistance. The aisles are already overcrowded trying to shove too much product into the store and the existence of so many employees added to that to make a very unpleasant experience. When I finally found what I was looking for (by myself, I might remind you), I picked up a bottle of shampoo and a bottle of conditioner. I always buy the bigger ones so that they are a little less expensive. There were signs on the shelves both directly above and directly below where I grabbed the product from that said buy one, get one 50% off (obviously exciting, this product is not cheap). I got up to the register and both products rang up full price. I mentioned it to the cashier, and she informed me that the buy one, get one 50% off was not for the liter size. As I mentioned earlier, the sign for the promotion was directly below where I pulled the product from, so I was rather disappointed in the deceptive marketing technique. If there was "small print" on the signs, it was VERY small and I did not notice it. The cashier did not have a helpful response for me, just asked if I wanted to go back and get a different size. I haven't done the math, but I'm not sure it really would have saved me anything even if I wanted to weave my way back through...
Read moreFirst time at the Jordan Creek store and was extremely disappointed in the customer service. The woman at the register had greeted us as soon as we walked in. Walked by 4 different sales ladies and not a single one offered their assistance or even acknowledged us. We wondered around the store looking for a specific item not knowing the location. After about 5 minutes of searching, we finally had asked a sales person about the item. She located where it was supposed to be and explained it was out of stock then walked off to continue stocking the shelves. Her demeanor was not at all friendly and seemed as if we were bothering her. As more people entered the store, I still had yet to see a single sales person help ANYONE. Finally I had made an out loud comment that it was ridiculous after 20 minutes being in the store no one had even offered to help us. The comment was overheard by one of the sales ladies and then she decided to come offer her assistance. At that point I didn't need nor want anyone's assistance. The only positivity from this experience was that they had an item I have been wanting that is usually sold out. I will never return to this location. The Merle Hay location is 1000...
Read moreI had a hair appointment and upon arriving they told me that the stylist was sick and I needed to reschedule which I did when I came back for the visit the stylist was not there and then once she arrived she was on the phone for 20 minutes getting the formula from the other store. I asked her before we stared if she come accomplish what I wanted and she said yes. She was so rude to me and made me feel completely bad about the condition my hair. When it was done it was cut much shorter then she told me and you couldn't even tell it was colored and again she insulted my hair. I left not wanting to write a bad review on impaulse but after a week and everyone asking if I had even got it done I wanted to let someone know how I felt, I wrote a private message on their website I heard back the next day saying someone would contact me then two days later another email saying someone would be contacting me and now it's been over a week from that email and it's now been three weeks since I reached out and I still haven't been contacted on how I was treated. I'm surprised and upset with how they handle customers who are upset and I wouldn't recommend for anyone to go there for any...
