Do NOT go here. The doctors started me twice on medication and then went on wild goose chases when I experienced well-known side effects. Rather than telling me about those side effects, they claimed that I had a variety of other diseases and only acknowledged that the medication was the likely cause of the symptoms after expensive tests ruled out everything else. They are unwilling to address any simple problem on their own but claim ignorance about basic medical issues like dieting. So every problem simply gets referred to a specialists. And they still charge you for that appointment even though they did NOTHING except tell you to go somewhere else.

They also insist on referring you without your consent after you take more unnecessary tests that they won't discuss with you. You'll get calls from random medical providers to schedule an appointment that you had no idea that you were referred for. You'll have to call the HHCM office to ask why this referral was made and their nurses can't explain the results of the tests or why the referral was made in the first place. Forget trying to speak with a doctor about it. This place exists for nothing more than to refer you to a more expensive specialists. DO...

I had an appointment at 1:30, arrived at 1:30 and waited in line to check in. I was checked in and paid for my appointment. 20 minutes later, I ask when I'll see the doctor, as my husband has an appointment he needed to get to at 2:30 and was home with the baby. I have been sick for the past month or so and was relying on this appointment to finally get it checked out and get antibiotics in time before family come to visit this week.

They take the patient with the appointment after me in. I am then told that they can't see me and I have to come back another day. They tried to accuse me of being late, which was not true. Then they tried to blame their ipads.

Not only did my husband have to miss his appointment, but I also wasted nearly 2 hours driving to and from this appointment and waiting to be seen.

I was in town from Honolulu and fell sick with the flu. I came to this location twice in one week and despite how bad I felt, the experience here at 336 N. Main Street was wonderful. The nurse I saw both times for intake was fantastic. She took my concerns seriously and she was so gentle when she had to swab my nose, twice! The APRN and PA I saw on both visits were also wonderful caring people that listened to my concerns and took their time explaining things to me. I would definitely go back here. They even allowed my mom to come into the patient room with me (despite me being a 41 y/o adult!). I also really liked how you can save your spot online so you know what time to show up!!
