Harper House — Local services in West Hollywood

Had a tour at a time and was sent an email confirmation by the leasing office with that time. Showed up early today and stayed there 20mins after the appt time and no one ever showed up. There was literally no one in the office and a resident let me in - Doesn't seem secure at all.

When I called they said they accidentally sent the wrong time and it was actually at 2. The person on the phone was sweet but said she wasn't able to get in contact with anyone on site, management or otherwise and wasn't sure why. She assured an urgent note was left and they would call me back. It's now hours after and never received a call.

Classic style Spanish complex in a great location. Right off of Sunset walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The street it is located on is great as well with lots of historic buildings. It is higher priced. If you are willing to pay more for these unit is a great location it is worth it for you. Some of the unit layouts are not great but still fairly large for the area. Some of the new apartment buildings are smaller in size and more in price. The large patio is great to sit and relax on. Staff is helpful. Building is generally well maintained.
