Worst experience ever went there purchased a couch through snap finance got a couch I liked was told would have in 6 days call 6 days later and was told warehouse was closed for 3 more weeks June 1st and wouldn’t be able to get couch till June 6 was nice and was understandable with the covid situation. Called June 6 talked to the rude receptionist Told me The truck just got there with shipments she’ll call me back never did spoke to her the next day and said something was wrong and the manager would call back hours later we are told they don’t do business with the company that had the couch. So was paying for a couch for a month that i never ended up getting!! Don’t come here it’ll save you your time

5 days later called receptionist said she got my refund from the financing company .. end of the week I’m still getting money taken out of my account called the finance company myself and they said they never talked to...

Very very very low quality....... went to look at couches and very disappointed on what they advertised online saying they have real leather couches even after I got off the phone to confirm with George a worker who ran the advertisement, and when in fact I went in to the store and most couches were blended cheap knock offs, and very thin layer off cover on the couches and the one we looked at had tears and rips from tag removal and that shows the quality of just ripping off a tag can do To the cheap material, I would not recommend going here they are pretty similar to couches Walmart has online and Walmart is cheaper by far if your looking for...

WOW! So nice to give a 5 star review. Saw item we purchased there on KSL, went to store to purchase. Was last one they had and was still in its original box. They offered to open and assemble on the spot. There was a small tear underneath which would not show or affect the product. They immediatly repaired withourt even asking. Also KSL listing had expired the previous day but they still honored the price! Lots of furniture at very affordable prices. If you dont see what you are looking for, browse the many catalogs there. Positive experience, excellent prices, actual customer service....
