This is truly the best sourdough I’ve ever had. The flavor is perfection, and my favorite part is the texture. It’s sooooo soft on the inside. SO SOFT. Most sourdough loaves from other places have a hard/crispy/crunchy outer crust that feels like it will scrape and cut the inside of your mouth. But not Lisa’s bread! The crust is the perfect soft texture; you can enjoy eating it without hurting the inside of your mouth. It’s so delicious! And if you haven’t had her cream cheese cinnamon rolls, you have no idea what you’re missing out on. It’s a little piece of heaven packaged in a box. Again, the texture is very soft, and the cream cheese icing is to die for. I could eat a whole box on my own. If you order sourdough loaf, don’t forget the cinnamon rolls.
