Anytime I want healthy and cheap food, I go to Aldi. I've been shopping there for roughly 9 years now, and I've never had a bad experience. However, the past 3 years or so the staff has been absolutely terrible to all of their customers. They take no regard into how they treat their customers, their attitudes, how they bag items, etc. There is never more than one register open at a time, so the lines get really long, and other on duty workers and even the managers refuse to go and open another register to allow for more people to shop. There are two employees in particular that I have a problem with and are always rude and disrespectful to me and the other customers. One employee, her name is Erin I believe, rushes customers to place down their items (regardless of their fragility), takes no regard to the fragility of items when placing them into carts, and has no patience for her customers. On numerous occasions she's placed our items into a cart, wouldn't allow us to take the cart to the counter to bag our items, and just starts checking out other customers, also placing their items into the same cart with our stuff in it. Multiple times I've had to deal with her, and every time she is horrible to her customers and their groceries. The other day I went and I didn't see her at the register, so I thought i didn't have to deal with bad service and attitudes, however I was sadly wrong. This employee spoke to us the whole time with a horrible attitude and he had the nerve to not allow numerous customers to use carts to hold their many items. I do not have the name of this employee at the moment, but I can assure you he is no better than Erin. If you're looking for good, healthy, and cheap products, go to Aldi. I love the store and its products, and I have no problem with the company itself. However, if you choose to go to this Aldi, expect bad customer service, unthoughtful employees, and...
Read moreEvery ALDI is different. This one has great prices on staples and nonperishables, and decent prices on pretty much everything else. Be careful with produce; I've seen some very unpleasant potatoes and other questionable fruits and veggies here, so just check thoroughly before buying and try to stick with in-season stuff. They have some really fun choices if you're looking for something new and seasonal to pick up - I just bought gluten free cauliflower stuffing to try for Thanksgiving. Like any ALDI, options are more limited and the place is much smaller than a regular supermarket, but this one has enough selections for me to do most of my regular grocery...
Read moreI love this location! The staff is nice, the store is clean, shelves are stocked (at least the best they can during Covid-19), and having your groceries delivered was an awesome experience! Elizabeth did my shopping, updated me on the replaced items, and delivered my groceries to my door! I made a request to deliver at the front of my porch (so she didn't have climb as many steps). It was great! She knocked on the door, walked to her car, she saw me getting my groceries, and she waved and said thank you! What a wonderful employee! Thank you Elizabeth and Aldi staff for all that you do during this...
