I buy a lot of bundt cakes from this chain for different, so I was looking forward to make an order for my son's birthday, first time at this location. He is a freshman at Purdue, and this was his first birthday we did not get to spend with him. I called the store a week in advance to ask about the details, and was told that I have to order online. I wrote detailed instructions as well as gave my son's phone number to call when delivered since he lives in the dorm. I knew he would have to come down and get the order. They told me to give them 30 minute window so he needs to be available. He was sitting and waiting, and order never came. When I contacted the store, they were very unapologetic and told me that they give it to uber eats for delivery. When I said that it never came, they told me that my only other option was to make another order and hope that this time will come. I asked the manager if this is her business model, to HOPE. Ridiculous! She said that she cannot refund my money, but offered to request Uber eats for refund, it has been more than 2 weeks. I got no refund, and no other communication from this store manager. This is the worst customer service I ever received! For all Purdue parents, I would stay away from ordering for your students from this place, if you want to HOPE that your student will get their order, and waste your money. No...

I went in few months ago, to use my free punch card and she was rude when I presented the card, and gave a very negative attitude when I asked to use my unused punches telling me that the promotion expired in a week and then took my card and tore it up and trashed it. Since then, I haven’t been back. I also haven’t gotten promotional emails since May, so nothing else seems memorable about the place to remind me to go back other than how I was treated in Mid June. I’ll stick to insomnia cookies for my sweet tooth, totally out of the way, but never had rudeness thrust upon me with no provocation..... UPDATE, I will NOT giving this business anymore of mine ever again, there are too many options out there to be treated badly by who I can only assume was the franchise owners wife. Called again and explained that I wanted to pick up the order that was placed online. Lady that I spoke with was very rude and told me that they were very busy and to wait. She then hung up on me again. Several minutes later the store called me and was very frustrated with me, asking where my car was since so many cars were outside the store. This is information they should have asked during one of the first 2 calls. I told them what my car looked like. A person came out with my order gave it to me without speaking a word and left.
