Update: This is a review for the Bethel Park location!! They keep deleting it off their page and now the “taste tester” employee was spotted here(Pleasant Hills) the other day!
1/4/21.... the taste tester has now been spotted at the Pleasant Hills Starbucks location!! Beware they have apparently moved the employee here!
So.....I pull up around 7/8pm to get my drink and as I pull around from the speaker to the window, I notice a white guy mid 20’s early 30’s, with glasses and blonde hair, I believe a beard and I glance over to see him behind the cashier “sipping” what was the same drink, I just ordered! I thought and even said to the other people in the car, “he has the same drink I get” lol. About you that time to my amazement, he turns and puts a sleeve on the drink and sets it on the counter next to the cashier! I said, “no way is that going to be my drink”! Guess what, she opens the window and hands me the drink!!!! The one I just seen the employee “taste test” during coronavirus at that!!! Read moreToday I went in the morning and in the evening. Both times my drinks were wrong. I even checked the tag on the drinks because I thought I must have ordered it wrong, but when I looked it was listed. I get making a drink wrong here and there but twice in one day when it clearly says “no strawberry inclusions” and “no cool whip” right on the tag, that is just lazy. When I went in the evening, when I asked about there being cool whip even though it clearly says “no cool whip” instead of just taking it off, I received a very exaggerated eye roll, where I am surprised their eyes did not get stuck in the back of their head. Even though it is thier job to make the overpriced drinks I buy every day, at least once, it is still never made right at this location. I know a lot of people say they are “regulars” but I legit went everyday sometimes twice a day. The prices of things now a days, they should be grateful that I am spending my money with them instead of another coffee shop. So to come and NEVER get my coffee made correctly is not acceptable.
