I've been visiting this store since January, to buy some clothes and also to have others altered. The service has always been friendly and very fast with regards to the alterations.

There was even one occasion when I brought them a gym lycra to be altered along with another pair of pants with a particular fabric. They tried to do the job, but it would require a different type of needle that they didn't have at the time...

They called me to inform me, and ask my permission to take my clothes to another place where they had machines that could do the job. I agreed and very soon they gave me my clothes fixed.

For me, this means very good things of them, as they looked for options to achieve customer satisfaction. Others might have said they couldn't do the job with no more effort.

Additionally, when I go to shop clothes there, they offer me special prices depending on the amount of clothes I'm...

This establishment is owned by a mom and a daughter. Both of which are very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I needed a dress for my girl friend and the day of the zipper wouldn’t zip up. 130$ down the drain. I went back a few days later and they would not give me a credit or refund. They insulted us by saying it’s our fault when the dress was only wore ONCE to try it on at the store. They are very loud and I’ll never be coming back. You and everyone you know should not spend a single dime here. Unless you want to get ripped off and not taken care of....

My first time shopping here and NEVER COMING BACK!!! I bought a dress from here and the lady was very rude when I explained to her that it had a faulty zipper. I bought the dress for a wedding and couldn’t attend it because the zipper wouldn’t go up.She tried to tell me it’s because I gained weight I picked up the dress within a week!! Do not recommend to anyone and told me that there was nothing she could do since it smelled “worn” and the tag was taken off. I would put zero stars...
