Telco Stores — Local services in West New York

In Variety they are great, sooo much in abundance of everything. However, the staff has and are oblivious to what they are selling. The have no idea of what they have. Or maybe it's just the old "we don't want to help anyone" routine which is often the case in most places where people don't want to be but are there only to fill space and get a paycheck.. I asked one of the assistants for casual pants and she immediately said "no,we no have." Without an effort. She didn't even bother. So to prove a point I looked thoroughly and found them. Now, on to the cashiers. Wow, how do I say terrible without sounding harsh, oh yeah, what a disgrace. No customer service skills whatsoever. Man, for a customer to come and greet you with formalities and get a display of poor attitude deserves a .5 star.. and this is what you get when you shop Bergenline.. continue with that staff and business is definitely set to fail on all sales....

today Monday 10/1/2017 was my first time visiting this store and the girl at the register was so disrespectful and discriminatory against me and my friend . when we were making the line ,you could see how she was looking at us but the worst part was when we got to her register that's when she said so many things to me ,I responded back cause I couldn't believe that a panic girl like her could be discriminating me like that ,I said I few things back to her and she keep talking back . all I felt like doing was defending myself and slap her face but I when to look for the store mangers and I promise you one thing I know the manager would not do anything but I will ,I will contact my lawyer or human rights cause I will report this so stupid people like her stop working in stores like this and stores like this have better employees and know that they can't not have discriminatory people being represantion of...

Well, my experience is the same as a lot of people rute staff.no customer service at all. Their main goal is not to return any item is always an excuse. Why you cannot return an item And the line can be extremely long. In the so call supervisor dont move a finger. They're there to be chill on the blasting , music and talking and gossiping...
