I LOVE coming to this store. They are truly the best at what they do!!! I had an issue with my iPhone 12 Pro Max where it didn’t want to turn on because I hadn’t used it in three years. I decided to go to an Apple Store first thinking that they would find a solution right away and that they wouldn’t charge me for it. When I got to the Apple Store for my appointment, the tech connected it to his MacBook Air and said the issue was the logic board which costs 500 dollars but he didn’t even bother checking the phone properly - he just said that because he couldn’t reset or erase the iPhone it meant that the issue is was the logic board.

I seriously lost hope when the tech said that but then came across this store on Bergenline Avenue and asked my husband to try it out. He went and they told him that they would run a diagnostic test completely free and then would call him to let him know what the issue is. Javier the tech from the store called him the next day and told him that the phone had 3 small issues that could be easily fixed for $100. Javier was an angel sent from heaven because he fixed the phone in less than an hour and now I have a brand new phone. I truly recommend using this store for any repairs because they will gladly help you and for a very affordable price....

False Advertising and Terrible Quality Avoid This Place!

I got my iPhone screen replaced here after they promised it was “premium quality.” That was a complete lie. The screen started glitching within days, the touch sensitivity is awful, and the colors look totally washed out, It feels cheap and unresponsive. I’ve seen knockoff parts perform better. To make things worse, when I went back to explain the issues, the staff were dismissive and unhelpful, everything they were saying sounded scripted. No real solution offered, just excuses.
