We were looked down by the lady attending showing us dresses. We went in looking for a quinceañera dress, but came out almost kicked out. It's a very small place. They had lost business (they are only on the second floor now as Noches de Colombia is on the first floor) so now all of the dresses had been pushed upstairs. Many dresses looked used despite such high prices (most were over 800). When we told her that our budget was only 500, the lady seemed mad at first. And as we had only turned down 3 due to the condition of the dresses (all 3 were stained and one had a ripped corset), she didn't seem interested in us anymore, quickly asking for what we price we had in mind. The dresses are too simple and in used conditions to be so overpriced. I'm sure everyone can agree that 500 is reasonable for the occasion, maybe even high at that, but to be kicked out because of our budget was "too low"? She rents the dresses if you ask for the plan, so you're not even getting something new. She won't tell you it's used, but you can notice stains and loose threads. Don't waste your time nor money here. They don't even deserve your delightful presence...

people working there are kind. However, there were small details that were not fix as expected. The front part of my dress was too short that I was able to see my shoes so now I have to buy and add white cloth to the front part. Also, the sleeve part was to tight that it did not fit and my mom had to make some changes. I expected that area to be facilitated to strech and fit accordingly but it was not. Also, the area from the neck to the chest was to long. I hope people working there take this into account and try customers to fit the dress because this is a day we will remember forever and means a lot. Terrible experience shopping for my mother and mother in law. They ordered the wrong colored dress for my mom and then said they would not accept returns, even though we did not ask for the dark brown (hideous) color they gave us. We also received the dresses so late that we only have a week to find a second dress before my wedding.

Very disappointing since my family has purchased dresses from there many times before. The lady did not care that we were unhappy with the dresses or that we have been loyal customers for years. Will no longer be...
