If you can safely navigate the incredibly dangerous and crowded parking lot to dine in or go through the drive thru then congratulations, you have completed the first hurdle! No lie, this place is insane. Whoever designed this parking lot and drive thru had no clue what they were doing! Traffic backs up into the main road here. Customers get irate and start cutting people off, trying to cut line and start fights. The employees who direct the traffic seem like they are deliberately trying to cause an accident here? Once you have completed the first hurdle the second will be to order. Oh my, they make something so easy so very difficult. I have never had so many problems trying to place an order (I have gone inside and used the drive thru and experienced major problems both ways) before at any establishment, especially a chick fil a. You will think that since this place is so busy that the drive thru might be faster. Wrong! Plan on at 15 minutes or more. My last drive thru experience was 30 mins to get old, cold food. If you go inside to order that isn’t any better. For some reason the cashiers always have problems taking orders (not just mine either). Not to mention all the people who got the wrong food/didn’t get their food in the drive thru coming back inside to get what they actually paid for. Once your order is placed you will begin the third hurdle, the waiting game. You will wait and wait and wait for your food. I have waited 20 minutes inside for food before and when it came it was not hot and fresh. The absolute worst experience I had here was the raw bacon I was served on my bacon egg and cheese biscuit that I waited 20 minutes for. This bacon was so raw you could see through the fatty part. If someone had eaten this they would have definitely gotten sick for sure. So make sure you check your food before eating it! When I took the bacon back to the register the cashier was hateful as all get out. She couldn’t understand why I didn’t want to eat raw bacon. She gave me attitude so much the manager came over to see what was going on. When the cashier told her the manger looked at me then looked at the raw bacon, gave a smirk and said “ That’s an old order”. If that is so then why the heck did you sell it to me? Why would you sell it to anyone as it was raw? So then I proceeded to wait another 10 minutes for them to replace the bacon egg and cheese biscuit. By this time my hash rounds were cold and my sweet tea was watered down so I just threw the entire meal in the garbage. Now comes the fourth hurdle , trying to escape this nightmare of a place! Good luck getting out and doing so without losing your mind, getting into a fender bender or getting trapped in the parking lot for a while (like I did). This place is the WORST place I have ever been to anywhere, ever! If you want fresh hot food and to get it in less than 20 minutes, all while being able to keep your sanity, then this place is not for you. You work hard for your money, go spend it somewhere where they will appreciate it because this place...
Read moreIt's been almost a year since I've eaten here yet I'm still aggravated enough to leave a review.
Drive thou is always overflowing, and they try and handle it the best they can with such a small parking lot.
People are trained well and sound like robots, almost like they can't think for themselves. Lacks a personal, human touch of service is what I'm getting at. You are just a number and in line to them.
I can't speak to the atmosphere simply because I'd be scared to even try to park to eat inside, since getting out of the lot looks like mad max.
reason for never eating here again- One simple night I ordered food on the app, on my way home from work. Its takes 10-15 min from the store to my house. Seems like an easy task. I got my food and drove home. Good old bag tape shut so that you can't really check it in line. WHY would you its Chick- Fil-A? Getting home They missed two of my sandwich's and the one they did give me was the wrong one. Also, the fries not even close to being filled (you might just want to get a large if you expect a Medium) so I try to call to let them know there was a mess up yet after calling 3 times someone finally picked up to place me on hold. I made it all the back to the restaurant and was still on hold when the kid taking the order walked up to my car. I showed him my online order and explain I was on hold waiting for the manager to pick up, but I wanted my order remade so that I get what I order. Simple enough yet I was told they will only replace the missing sandwiches. At this point these fries are dead on arrival and the other sandwich was soggy. This is not the quality or service I expected from them. If I wanted random food in a bag, I would have gone to Taco Bell or Wendy's.
It took me parking my car in the drive thou, before the manger would speak to me, and she didn't even come outside.... SHE JUST PICKED UP THE PHONE, ONCE THE KID TOLD HER I WAS THE ONE ON HOLD.....Are you kidding me - can't even face me. ???
I got it remade but not worth my time or money and still can't believe it happened to...
Read moreSo my experience with this chick fil a since its reopening from renovation has been horrible. I am going to express my feelings from opening day to now current day. The first bad experience in September was when I purchased a meal and wanted to substitute my fries for a Mac and cheese. To try for the first time. I waited in line and when i got up to the window of course I DID NOT check my bag because its CHICK FIL A , they could do NO WRONG. But boy was I wrong. I got home my entire order was wrong and I did NOT GET MY MAC AND CHEESE. I tried calling to express how disappointed I was but got no answer. I HAD TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK to pick up a new order to receive again same day a messed up order. Over cooked fries. My second experience same week. Same situation overcooked fries wrong order. I had to drive back AGAIN. Next week. They forgot my Mac and cheese AGAIN!!!! At this point I’d rather spend the extra 15 minutes just to drive to another chick fil A location. Now this past week. The worse of the worse happened. I got a chicken egg and cheese bagel sandwich and i wanted it cut in 1/2. My order was repeated to me and my sandwich was NOT CUT IN 1/2 and my chicken was not DONE. Which cause me to become very sick which also caused me to miss out on work because at this point I’m sick. I called after realizing that my sandwich was not done and again no answer I did not have time to come back to the chick fil a because I was already to far. I left a voicemail for someone to call me back and TIL this day Know one has called me back or anything. I often ate chick fil a EVERYDAY to every Week but not anymore. I will...
