Being a long time Cole Haan client who has over 15 pairs of Cole Haans currently in my collection and having bought well over 30 pairs in my life, I am very disappointed to write this review. I have a defective pair of Cole Haans lightly used and the bottom split. For nearly 3 months I have been doing everything the store and the customer service company number has asked and they keep losing the information, or pointing me to a new direction. I would love to have a very simple replacement pair, but they can't do that. They keep asking for repeat info.
The client service is equivalent to Comcast/Xfinity or calling a company that does not speak English. This has been such a terrible experience that I will no longer by a pair of Cole Haan's again.

The older lady who assisted me and another associate (a young Black woman) were very kind and helpful. However, at checkout, another employee—whose name I don’t know—abruptly refused to honor a previously approved website price match, despite it already being confirmed. It was the best customer care I’ve ever had in that store.
