Horrible place to shop for souvenirs. The lady was literally breathing over my shoulders the entire time, following me the entire time throughout the store. I felt like she thought I was going to steal or something. I felt uncomfortable I should have walked out with empty hands. Zero customer service skills. I had my kids and I understand they are curious but I am a mom who watches them and makes sure they don’t touch things. But this lady told my 6 yr old “don’t touch it, if you break it your mom has to pay it” my poor kid was almost on tears. I felt harassed by her behavior. Overpriced items. I should have read the reviews. The staff followed us and commenting to each other about us. My daughter did drop and break a snowglobe. She was upset and we immediately consoled her and said we would pay for it as well as get her a new one. The staff simply asked if we were ready to check out. My 5 year old apologized for breaking one and thanked them for letting her get another (remember we paid for both!) And they refused to acknowledge her or speak to us at all. If I could give this place negative stars I would. They clearly don’t get enough business by people buying things so they leave glass at the edge of the table almost intentionally so people knock it over and half to pay for it! I knocked over a $5.00 shot glass and when the lady told her the price for it she told the lady to be quiet and charged me extra. She’s lucky I didn’t curse her out.
