NASTY NASTY NASTY!!!!!! I ordered very expensive towels from Pioneer online. I shopped around to see if I could get them a little less expensive before placing my order with Pioneer. Just after I placed the order another vendor offered me a 20% discount on my order. I immediately emailed Pioneer to see if they would honor & meet the discount. No reply I then called and spoke to “ADRIAN” who was RUDE and NASTY to me & didn’t care in the least that I canceled my order. I got an email after hanging up with her that just said “your order has been canceled”. I think in the times that we are living in now, Pioneer should have been a little more gracious for the order And willing to give me the discount as a first time buyer with this company. Absolutely wonderful place for linens, pillows and more. Quality isn’t cheap and neither is customisation, but Pioneer has everything under the sun to fit your hearts desire. Becca was absolutely amazing helping me mix and match & order bed linens as a gift for my mum. Even offered to gift wrap before they sending them out. To the people saying they judge you by your appearance, I went in in jogging shorts, tennis shoes and a T-shirt with holes in it….I was treated very nicely. If you can’t afford to spend $$$$ your attitude probably reflects this. People in service industry can easily read people and tell if you can/can’t afford their products.
