Ok, so with my Mother in the hospital having a heart procedure done and me being over stressed about everything I call my sister. 🤗🤗 Cassie Cruz I was rushing this morning, started to feel lightheaded, forgot to take the dog out or feed him. She came to the rescue and went straight to my house and took him out, loved on him (he is a nana’s boy) was missing my mom, fed him and made sure he was good. I wanted lunch because it was going to be a long day at the hospital and for those that know me know I don’t go far without someone in the car with me. She again rescued me and we had lunch at the new Skinny Louie restaurant downtown WPB. To say the least I was NOT impressed. Mind you the taste of the burger with the soft bread is amazing. HOWEVER, they only have 3 burger options and to “keep tradition “ you can remove anything you want off the options but you CANNOT add anything to a burger. I wanted the classic but it came with lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard and ketchup. I wanted PICKLESSSSSSSSS and was told NOOOOOOO you cannot add anything. So I was super confused at the MATH …. Must be man math. You want to keep tradition butttttttttt you can remove items off of a burger you just can’t add anything, so basically I removed the lettuce and I didn’t keep the tradition so why was I unable to get a freaking pickle on the damn burger. The tradition was broke when I removed the lettuce. Also the soda was warm and they don’t have ice. The service was so/so. Not many smiles just a bunch of NO’s for pickles!!!!! If I would have ordered the burger with the pickles I would have had to remove like 4 things and not able to replace them with anything so it was a waste to me. It was a nice try and not too bad for burger taste but they lost me because of pickles. If I have to pay $35 for a burger fries and a drink I want my pickle 🥒 immediately and if I have to bring it from home I don’t...
Read moreWe stopped by Skinny Louie Burger and decided to try their new Very Best Burger, and honestly, it might just be the best burger we’ve ever had! The patty was cooked perfectly—juicy, flavorful, and topped with the most incredible sauce that really tied everything together. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the bun was soft but held up perfectly. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients and take pride in their food.
We also treated ourselves to the Brownie Milkshake, and it was just as impressive! It was thick, creamy, and had real chunks of brownie blended in, making it the perfect dessert to pair with the burger. It wasn’t overly sweet—just the right balance of rich chocolate flavor and smooth texture.
What really made our visit extra special was our server, Karra F. She was absolutely wonderful—super friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and gave us great suggestions. She made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down and made sure we had everything we needed.
Overall, Skinny Louie Burger is a must-try if you love delicious food and great service. We’ll definitely be coming back soon to try more...
Read moreI do my best not to leave one star reviews. I want the review to be honest and fair. This place just opened near me. It had a long line and looked really promising. This is the worst burger i have ever eaten. I struggled to even finish it. It was disgusting and a joke. I ordered the best burgers which supposedly won some contest. Couldn’t imagine what contest it won besides some easy bake oven kindergarten show down. There was no flavor. It felt like a hockey puck. I also ordered a grill cheese: it was never cooked: they literally put craft American cheese on grilled bread and left it without melting the cheese. Again who cooked this, my blind grandmother? This place is a gimmick. I was so upset I wasted my money on this. I used uber eats which I try not to. Now I’m just left wishing I could do a charge back. Do not waste your time or money here. My pregnant gf chose this place. This has caused a heated argument. Thanks skinny Louie, I’ll be sleeping on the...
