If I could rate a zero I would. I had nothing but problems with this company since the very beginning. I ordered a gift certificate for my boyfriend. When I ordered it, they told me it was 100% transferable because there was a chance he would not like it and he did not so when I told him this, they tried to keep all my money and tell me that it was not 100% transferable so after I fought with them and threatened my lawyer getting involved, did they allow it to be transferred to me? I received out of $421. I received one service for a nano Facialand then they tried to say that I booked an appointment and never showed up and their cancellation policy is a no-show fee. Is the amount of whatever service you were getting done. I wanted to share with everyone a salon experience that I had today. During our state quarantine I was unable to get my hair cut or colored, since February 4th. I knew I needed to make an appointment but, was a little nervous about going to a salon, but the experience was unbelievable. The salon takes every precaution wearing masks, gloves and cleaning the space before you arrive. The appointments are spaced out where it is just you and the stylist. Liza, my stylist, was very warm and friendly. I told her that I brought pictures of different styles in for her to see. Liza looked at the pictures and spoke to me about the pros and cons of the different styles. Liza shared with me what style would be the best suited for my face shape. Liza cut, colored and styled my hair and it turned out perfect. My hair never looked better. Liza is very talented and it was truly a wonderful salon...

The newest service is called BrainTap which combines meditation and relaxation in a new and unique way.
