You will hear every concert, farmers market, loud car, and rowdy homeless person living in the park as if they are in the other room. 2. Paper thin walls. You will hear everything your neighbors say and do, and vice versa. 3. Constant parking machine problems for your guests, and parking is not cheap. 4. Slow building internet and spotty satellite TV. 5. High HOA fees for owners. 6. Constant road closures in the area mean your guests, Uber, and deliveries may have problems finding you. 7. The balcony doors leak during hurricane storms. 8. The neighboring valet company will hijack the resident loading spaces. 9. The annual "Sandy" Christmas statue attraction plays the same song on the park loud speakers every 15 minutes everyday for 45 days...
