RUDEST SERVER I took my mother and father for a snack on her birthday morning and had the worst service I've ever experienced. My father, who is in his 70s and is partially blind wanted to order for us. I'll admit he gets confused so can be frustrating, but the woman serving us seemed to be annoyed as soon as we walked up to the counter. I had put a very generous tip in their jar before we were even ate as it was quite obvious my father had issues and needed a little help ordering. When she came over to our table with our drinks and slammed them down so hard she spilt my fathers tea and stormed off without speaking. Obviously we would like milk (which wasn't offered, being a former food server usually you say "would you like anything else?") she was angry and put out when we asked for some, then after waiting for a while she gave the table to next us milk but not ours. My father was annoyed so went in and asked. The lady came out, shouted and pointed at my mother "if you want anything else, HE is not allowed in MY store anymore" referring to my father, who was still inside. When she came back out my mother said please do not speak about my husband like that, she shouted again at my mother and stormed back in. The table across from us said she had been rude to them also. My mother burst into tears so we got out money back and left. For my job I have to deal with very high profile people in tough situations and I honestly get people can be frustrating, but pointing and shouting at a 70 year old woman, on her birthday is unacceptable, this was meant to be a very special day after a particularly tough time, instead we got this. This must be the worst server...

Absolutely Terrible. The young girl asked me what wanted. Told her a Mochaccino with almond milk. Pretty standard order. She scowled and proceeded to make me one of the worst cups I’ve ever had. Extremely unpleasant demeanor. When I went to pay I waited to get my card back. She went about her business as if I didn’t exist. I’m standing there waiting, finally I had to ask her for my card back she scowled and pointed to the other end of the counter from where I couldn’t see it and said,”it’s right there.” Why aren’t you handing the cards back to your customer like a normal human being? Are you just a miserable person who has no business being in the hospitality business? Why are you putting it at the end of the counter where I can’t see it, away from me where anyone can grab it? And I have to stand there and ask for it back and get an abrasive response like I’m the one bothering you? Is it your first day? Absolutely terrible service. I don’t know what I was drinking. It was pretty much hot water with chocolate flavoring. Whomever that young girl is with the light brown hair has no business working in that industry. Worst service and coffee I’ve ever had. Regretting the 20%tip I left...

Their food is made fresh EVERY single day. There are NO preservatives in the food, special ordered flour etc.... From perfectly made cakes to anything you could think up, it's Soo delicious! Ask them about the baker, It's a sweet story. There are no other bakeries (but theirs) around that don't have preservatives in their food none of the hidden harmful " "thing's"...... AND everything is made FRESH in this place. (This IS a hidden treasure here.) I love their fresh made chocolate croissants! Call ahead or have it delivered. YUMMY! I do wish that they would opened up earlier though 😋 Coffee and my croissants at 5:00 a.m. would be nice! 😁😂😂😂😂 Ehem! Please DO try this place if you're looking for a place to eat, try here first.
