I stop in almost weekly with various coworkers. I am always happy with my service as it’s quick and my food is as expected. I was the “other customers” as mentioned in Arlenes below review. I saw the entire encounter and “Alexi” reacted as any normal person would. She had a difficult situation without access to card payments and was treated in a ridiculous manner. She presented a good option (free food) and then wanted the person to leave. I waited despite the encounter, told “Alexi” that is was a ridiculous scenario and not her fault and got my bowl. I paid cash, as is normal when there is no card option, and was on my way. Every story has two sides and I hope you consider this a a bystander of this encounter. “Alexi” is there every time I am there and has been great. I get what I come for quickly and correctly, which is all I can ask for in a quick service...

The place is really cute and the food was good, but my bowl was just saturated with spicy mayo and I felt like I had more of that than any of my other ingredients. I love getting poke because it fills you up without making you feel heavy, but I had a stomachache after and I really do think it was because of how much spicy mayo I had. I ordered ahead and picked it up, so it had a little time to settle and work its way through the whole bowl, so it wasn't like something just on top that I could have wiped some off. I saw another photo posted on the reviews and it looks like theirs was absolutely covered too, and I think it's just a bit too much for such a light and fresh meal. So I just think a warning to people ordering would be to say light on the topping sauces if you get...

I recently ordered takeout from this place and was impressed with the food quality and portion sizes. The poke bowl I ordered had a generous amount of sauce, which I enjoyed, though I can see how some might find it a bit excessive.

However, the service could use significant improvement. Despite the presence of two staff members and I was the only customer inside, I was not greeted or offered any suggestions during my visit. The interaction felt quite awkward, as the server did not verbally communicate and instead relied on nonverbal cues to ask if I preferred white or brown rice. Additionally, I was not informed about the location of utensils, so I had to return to the store to get them.
