I want to rate them honestly, yet I can not. Let me explain... I have picked out an entire livingroom set, a sectional, the Blue Darcy LFC, the Blue Darcy Chair and Blue Darcy Ottoman. I also found a BEAUTIFUL lift top two tone white living room table, with two different sized end tables for the right side of the Darcy sectional and the side of the Darcy Chair. We tried under my husband originally to do this via the internet and we tried calling, it wants us to enter an extension - like Google Voice. We tried to "Text Chat" to always be told that "We are not open now someone will get back to you shortly" We will NOT drive from Torrington CT that far and risk it being out of stock since we have little kids - not to mention Covid the world is a mess. Plus, there is an easy solution - we can CALL FIRST - PLUS we want delivery. We will PAY for the delivery we do not want it free, Nay Nay friends, let me repeat that last bit for the people in the back.... we are willing to pay for delivery - we just want to ask a few simple questions like "is this in stock? Oh it is OK great! Can we come down to pay? Great! I'd like to spend 1400 now and purchase A, B, C, & D - i see there's a Lay away option... Can I put 75% down for this, then pay the rest in 3 weeks and set up a 2nd delivery date for this?" Is this a trick company? Are the reviews fake? Is there no furniture? No employees? What is happening? š„ŗš„ŗš They may have a wonderful staff, management that is envied by all... They may have a 100% satisfaction rating for all COMPLETED furniture purchases, but after 30 days of trying to contact them - I am at my wits end... Oh I mentioned that we tried to do this under my husband? For giggles, I created a new account under me, same furniture, different name, and number AND I even tried to do the leasing option - which I was approved for - guess what??? Same road block... i just want to buy some furniture I'll be your best friend... is it because I am ugly? I can not fix my genetic make up - but I am a nice person... I have a damaged table and she hasnāt returned my calls, hangs up in my face, tried to have my pay for an additional service on furniture they sold damaged, and even took the phone from her employee when I was on the phone discussing my issues. I was speaking with T, we were having a good conversation and when I asked for the name of the gentleman I spoke with that represents their store and thatās when VANESSA took the phone and said I can speak with her, I asked nicely to talk with T again because I was JUST asking her a question and she REFUSED and claimed that T was with a customer when she literally was on the phone with me 3 SECONDS ago. I was Tās customer and Vanessa took the phone and just told me the warehouse would call me and wouldnāt let me speak to T again. Vanessa needs to clearly work on her customer service skills and dealing with angry customers.
I bought damaged furniture here before and the old manager SANDRA MADE THINGS RIGHT AND I LEFT HAPPY, returning to buy more furniture. This will not be the case. I realize now that they are so disorganized and believe that they never really intended or cared to resolve this issue.
