MOLD AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. MOHO NO COMPREN DE AKI

If I could leave a -1 I would. They didn’t tell me it was NONREFUNDABLE. I bought a couch the day I got it I found MOLD. The owner refused to give me my money back. I said I wasn’t comfortable getting anything else from the store. He refused. They said it wasn’t their fault. Fine whatever I’ll take my loss. I ordered another one. Three weeks later I got it and they charged me an additional 180.00. The made me pay for shipping even though it was their fault. They said “it’s not anyone’s fault and they’re already losing money with my sale”. Girl bye. You wouldn’t have lost anything if you gave me my money back and taken the couch. Fine I’ll pay for shipping to. Side note: they ordered it a week after they had told me thy ordered it. So it was way late. Whatever. The new couch arrives. I spend 4 hours building it….ITS THE WRONG ONE. I text them that night and they said, “no it’s the right one”…I saw red. It wasn’t until I demanded the owner to contact me. I was ready to go to small claims court because they didn’t respond. They order the right one. All of this could have been avoided it the owner would just contact me and accepted that he sold me a faulty product. Not to mention they said “we will deliver at 3:00 pm” as if im home all day or else they would have made me drop off the one I had and then pick up the new one on my own. Thank GOD my sister was in town to help accept the right couch. Shout out to my sister Evelyn for helping and assisting. And she doesn’t even work there.

My experience here was pleasantly surprised. This place is hidden away, but an amazing find! The staff is friendly, honest, and actually encourages money saving options. Juana presents an incredible welcome. Then she finds out exactly what you're looking for. She finds the best deal for you. ( Idk maybe psychic) But she just somehow knew.
