We went there to get a mattress and we did so but the salesman forgot to tell us bet we could not get a money refund if we didn't like the mattress but they did say that we could tried out for 30 days if it didn't work then we could bring a bag and pick out another one with a $45 return fee to bring the mattress back. Well I talked to the I guess the vice president Friday and he told me that I should have asked about a money refund which is not my job to do it's his employee to make every possible Information known to the customer before they ever purchase anything from this company which he did not as I stated before . We could not find a mattress that we really really wanted and I talked to the vice president and asked him why we couldn't get our money back and he said that he could not sell the matches as a new mattress anymore so they would have to discard it you might say. We ended up buying to the boards And they were good about as buying the bunk boards but the mantris still is a badd mattress it is not a good mattress and we did not find one at all at John Paras Furniture. I think that a lot of people should know about this furniture company and to tell them do not buy anything there and less they are absolutely positive that they have picked the right thing and for having sakes don't go back to him and say I'm not satisfied because...

A couple of years ago, we purchased a leather reclining sofa which was a floor model. After it was delivered, (3 days after delivery) we really felt it would not work for us. We came into the Sandy store, and choose a leather sofa that was $400.00 more and asked to exchange it. We were flat out told no. This was a floor model already. Your competitor gives us 30 days to decide if it is what we want.
So, we have purchased over $5000.00 worth of furniture since then. A leather sofa, love seat, dining room table, game table, and cocktail table. We DID NOT consider John Paras for any of these purchases. In addition, we told our family (who has made several purchases also), and they did not consider you. #1 in customer service? I think not. We asked about the one we were looking for; they told us that the brand is not one they keep in stock, and would probably be a couple months before their next shipment from homelegance. We looked around a bit, then filled out a credit application, and Austin walked us through more, showing us what they do have in stock while Cliff ran the credit check.
