I’m absolutely disgusted by my experience today. I’ve gone to this store for over 20 years! And I always spend over 300 each time. I went into get my daughter last minute school clothes. After walking 30 minutes in the heat with my two children. We walk in and the security officer is already eyeballing me. As she V-lines to me she tells me that we have to leave because my 2 year old had a freeEr bag with a small amount of Cheerios in it. She rudely asked me if I read the sign, which the only sign I saw was no large backpacks. I had happened to have a tiny designer backpack purse on. I recently went to this genex and bought some clothes spent over $125 the female cerda who works at the front desk asked me did I have one penny more I told her I didn't and she gave me attitude,I told her I dont even know you Im just buying some clothes.She went on to call me out of my name,and follow me out the store,I don't think she like black people.Never met her before in my life,yet she treated me like I was her ex.I wanted to buy some clothes and instead met a snoby emotional brat that works for daddy.It's hypocritical,they take advantage of different cultures,African American cultures mainly.Try to buy online or somewhere else they buying online from wholesale suppliers anyway. I wish I could give this store zero stars. I used to love shopping here because I am obsessed with our clothes and they usually have good prices. However, their prices have skyrocketed since they closed their other location. Even with the price raise, I still like to shop there. Except I went there today was my registered service animal who is a 6 pound fully trained service dog. I was asked twice about if he was a service dog or not and both times I offered to show the paperwork but was brushed off. Then I was told that I must leave the store even though my dog is a service animal which is illegal. I will never return to the store and I will ensure that nobody I know will go to shop here either.
