Is that all? Will that be all? Is that it? Wow! Really? I always end my order with; "...and that's all/it, thank you." I really don't need someone trying to cut me off after every item I order to ask if I'm finally done. It's quite rude. I'm so sick and tired of someone trying to make me feel like I'm an inconvenience... Gives a poor atmosphere toward my experience. Unfortunately it seems to be commonplace more and more lately with most fast food joints. Needs to be fixed. I'm alway initially kind and always, again... initially, try to be positive when I'm ordering from a drive- thru. I would like the same respect. The shake I received, out of the 5 ordered, tasted like there was some very potent chemical or artificial substance in it and what I thought would have been a sweet treat ended up being a bitter taste... It was after I used a straw to drink it that I tasted whatever it was. So it was toward the bottom of the cup. My family wasn't impressed and when a few tasted my shake, because I figured maybe it was just me, they said it tasted very off as well. I didn't even want to fathom what the hell it was so I stuck it in my freezer. Maybe I'll send in a sample to get it analyzed. None of the shakes ordered were blended properly almost as if they shoved the ingredients in a cup and sent it through the window... hurry up... next... Pretty poor experience from the beginning. Read moreI have never such lazy service before. I was just going to get some food during lunch so I pull up to the drive through, no one says anything so I have to get there attention, no big deal. When she tells me my total, there's all the sudden a three dollar up charge when I only ordered two things that should NOT cost that much. When I pull up to the window I ask her to repeat the order and then decide to just let it go because I just want to leave, then after I already pay she tells me that it's going to be a wait and asks me to pull up, still no big deal because it's only a short wait but I'm still slightly irritated. After I pull up I relalize that she didn't even give me my card back, and I'm livid. I've read so many reviews at places where they don't give the card back and all the sudden there are random charges on their account. Not okay. She did give me my shake, which was not the one I ordered, so I get out of my car and go to the door and wait for someone, I ask for my card back and tell them that this isn't what I ordered and she's nice and tells me that she will remake it and I say thank you. Read moreI was just at this location ordering a fairly large order through the drive thru, I’m not sure if the guy was new or the headset he was using is bad and not working right but in my life I’ve never had to repeat myself so many times just to get my order right. I pull up to the window and ask to look at the receipt to make sure what was rang up was correct, I tell the boy at the window what needed to be corrected on my order, it was supposedly corrected. The manager steps in with the worst attitude ever, you could cut the tension with a knife with her glare. I felt like I wasn’t heard like they were just trying to get me out of there. By the time I get home almost everything that was supposedly corrected was still wrong. A jr cheeseburger I got for my 4 year old was a full sized cheeseburger. I asked for the cream cheese frosting instead of the cheese the pretzel comes with, they give me the cheese and I also asked for ranch with the mozzarella sticks but get marinara. I’ve worked at 2 different sonic drive ins before I know how things work there. I’m sure there have been some changes over the years but this is ridiculous.
