If your headed here looking for a "Great condition" phone you found on ksl or Facebook, consider your likely wasting your time. I contacted them online about a specific phone they had listed, and was direct about my questions about its condition. Ill just say these folks have no problem being flat dishonest about what phones they actually have and the condition of them. Certainly didn't have several of the phones they had advertised online, just a few of the same model that were beat to hell. Save your time and fuel, I'm sure there are a few other shady...

I wouldn't give them one star. I have spent alot of money on a new phone at this store. It's locked and it doesn't work. I've spent 4 days on the phone with two different phone companies trying to get it unlocked. They said it was unlocked and ready to go. I asked for a refund of my money or a trade in of another phone on Facebook (where I found the phone) and he blocked me. I called and he hung up on me!! I wouldn't recommend using this company.
