Clean like a Guatamalin grandmother has been cleaning it for 30 years. Lite smell of Fabuloso. The food is phenomenal. If you want to try some Mexican/central American food that you have never even heard of or know how to pronounce, this is the place for you. All of it is good. I was kind of skeptical of this place because of the history of the building. Decided to try it and I was actually impressed. This place is actually one of the ONLY, or THE ONLY whitin some miles around that serves real Pastor Tacos as they are meant to be in México (Pastor tacos on a trompo. All taco trucks and restaurants serves a cheap and lame imitation of "pastor meat" for those of you who are not familiar with real mexican cuisine). It really saddens me to have to write this review because I absolutely love this taco shop. Last time I went to eat with my family I had chicken tacos and use toppings from their topping bar. When I tell you it was the worse food poisoning I got in my life.
