I went to Hamilton for years, I decided to go to princeton this time around . I felt like I paid more then the other times . ( I get the same frames every year) the girl had no explanation, I was debating to pay but since I was already there I decide to get them and next time deal with Hamilton for now on. I went to picked up my glasses with my 1 year old daughter. the front desk was nice and told me where to wait, THE OLDER MAN with glasses that takes measurements and fixed the frames , comes over and brings out my glasses put them on and put them down and gave me a cloth and thatās all. My daughter was fussy so I end up grabbing my stuff and walking to my car, As I walked I felt my glasses weird and this time my daughter calmed down so I turn around and headed inside. Literally only 1 MINUTE. A couple walked in before I came back in . So the Older man took out their glasses which had 3 pairs each. He look at me and didnāt acknowledged me. Could have said, āis there anything else I can help you āor something since I just left out the door and Turned around. No he continues to pull the glasses one by one with the older couple and continue to ingnore me. My daughter was became so fussy so A nice lady came over and gave her crayons and then tried to help me with my glasses. But couldnāt so she said he will help me. I waited for 15 mins and not even a word came out of him. So I left with A crooked glasses because my daughter was crying.
It only took one minute to ask is there anything else I can help you with after you seen me a minute ago. Just upsetting and unprofessional. IT TOOK ONLY ONE PERSON TO MESS IT UP. Thank you for to front desk and the lady that came over to try to help me and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI had a terrible experience here the other day. I had a 5:20 appointment and I haven't had an eye appointment in a long time. I was very honest with the talk about that. We were trying to figure out my prescription and it had changed and went down for the first time in my life. They adjusted my eyes to be the same for the first time in my life too. The doctor said to put the trial pair on see how they worked, and if there were any issues I could let her know, and we could oder a trial closer to my prescription. I went to the front to put the trial lenses on and they were not good. I can see the difference in the one I and I tried to tell the sales girl but apparently the doctor left immediately before I even had the trial pair in my eyes and the girls were telling me something different up front. I get that their sales people but the story completely changed and the customer service was gone. All of a sudden they couldn't order something closer, I could take those or the old prescripstion. I couldn't talk to the doctor the eye exam couldn't be completed, they could only give me my old prescription and I literally wasted all my time. They only could only give me my glasses prescription or the old contact script for 2020 but my insurance only covered one or the other and I didn't want that, I got so frustrated I left. I sent an email to corporate in 4 days later, I've heard nothing. They obviously just don't care, try to go to LensCrafters instead, after I left my experience there was so much better. Avoid this place...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis Princeton location is definitely NOT āAmericaās bestā optometrist place I have been too. I took my dad there, hoping to get a great care. I used to go to Americaās best in South Philadelphia and was very happy. This time experience was awful. The supportive staff seemed nice, especially the lady who did pre-doctor check up on the machines and the store manager was also very friendly and tried to expedite the process. Dr. Han Landofi was easily the worst doc I have met in my life. She was rushing the whole visit, seemed very impatient with my fatherās slow responses. Did not leave a second for me to translate. All and all was not very accommodating or even friendly. I do not treat my patients and their families like this. All and all Dr. Landofi I wish you to develop some patience. We weāre on time, were polite and did not deserve this rushed visit and an attitude of āI wish you left alreadyā. I did end up buying two pairs of glasses for my dad and now wondering if they will be even okay after such a rushed visit where man had no second to think or respond. He had more questions after the visit but unfortunately we were not given the opportunity to ask during the visit with the usual: āWhat questions do you have?ā phrase. And afterwards when my dad asked a question of an optician he said we should have discussed it with the doc. Well she did not have time for us. All and all DO not go to Dr. Rebecca Landolfi find...
