Wish I could give this place zero stars but! Went there yesterday to pick up my switch that I had ordered via pick up on the app and they turned me away. I was there at opening. I showed them proof that I purchased, showed them my email confirmation and that there had been three in stock the day before when I purchased. When I got there, everyone was stampeding to the back and the woman back there stated that they had the three that I saw online and had put on one hold and were selling the other two to the general public. My switch hadn’t been put on hold (or it had and the manager claimed it was on hold for someone else) and had been sold to another customer.
The manager claimed that their overnight team must have not accounted for my switch and had instead put it in the display case and when I asked how that could’ve happened he didn’t have an answer. Then he said that someone must have come into the store the night before and purchased it in the store but the store had been closed for half an hour when I made my purchase (I showed him the exact time of purchase) and it wouldn’t have been ready for pick up for atleast four hours (which would have been one am which is, you guessed it, when they’re closed).
He then stated that the count could have been off but it wasn’t. If there were three in stock when I purchased and three in the store on the day of my pick up how could the count have been wrong? What is the point of a pick up system if you’re going to sell my item to someone else before I can come and get it? I would never step foot in this place again.
I even came an hour out of my way because this was the only place within 250 miles that had pick up as an option. So, my frustration with this situation was tantamount.
I was cordial but truly, the whole ordeal was unprofessional....

After escalating at customer service (which was supportive) then management it was a very harsh “go somewhere else” message. We need help at the cash register to bag our items with a baby but any mention of bagging support is ignored by staff and management! So, why do i need a person to check out if they do not help?? Just give me a large space at chechout so i can just scan my items into my bags!! Rest of store is great but the manager has made it clear that they do NOT care so my family will NEVER set foot in this store again because of undefined cashier policy and no support or help at the register!! Very rogue store, i hope, but i see now why Costco is so popular. This store just makes it clear they dont care or need our business. OK! Goodbye! 👋
Target items and pricing is great but checkout has become a nightmare! I always come with a full ($450+) cart for full family shopping. Yet every representative avoids me like the plague. They even turn off their isle if they see me coming with a full cart…… They never help pack my bags anymore the belt is always too small to hold my items and i have to literally put items on the floor and suffer to check out every time. The few helpful associates do not stay long it seems. The rest make up excuses to say “we only help pack bags that are purchased from target” or “i am trying to move things along so cant help you pack your bags”. Back to the grocery stores for me unless...

Nobody has the right to interrogate someone for paying with gift cards obtained at Target when someone says I used gift cards to pay for my transaction and don't have a receipt any longer due to the timeframe that went by when I originally purchased my items.
I was humilated in front of other shoppers to say the least.
Corporate was no better! Calling and complaining these days about employees at these big box stores, is like talking to the wall. Nobody gives a damn about your side, and as the GM Mike said to me moments ago, when I asked for a $100 gift card for my horrible ordeal, "if I had to give out gift cards for everyone's issues the store would be closed and out of business". I totally get that, but at least try to work with a customer, instead of saying we'll discuss with team members the protocol, and make sure it's addressed, which is the same as saying to me: "to Go F__K Myself!" He could care less about anything I had to say and brushed me off the phone as soon as he could, to probably get to a meeting or something useless he was handling at that time...
