Attempted to make a new patient appointment via the form on their site.
Day 1: Got a text message early in the morning asking what time I was free to be called to schedule my new patient appointment. I said anytime just call me. No response. Called them at 2PM and asked when they were planning to call; they said someone would call later that day. Checked in again at 4:30PM, they’ll call you within the next 30 mins or in the morning tomorrow.
Day 2: No call, waited until about 1:30PM and called them, they said someone would be calling me within the next hour or two, this didn’t happen. I called back at 4:30 to ask if I could just schedule an appointment on the phone with them and they said no, someone had to call me and they would do it first thing the next morning.
Day 3: Still no call, this time they put me on hold for 30 mins and then said they’d get in touch with a scheduler directly and call me back as soon as they got them. Guess how that went.
I’ll save you the anguish but I’m now on Day 7 of trying to get these clowns to set up a new patient appointment with me and evidently they don’t want patients. I’ve done my due diligence for my own mental health, but trying to get help from them has done nothing but make it worse. I can’t even imagine how they would be with things like medication refills or regular therapy appointments.

Read moreWould not recommend this place to anybody needing real care or help. I was a patient for almost two years and currently am going through a mental health crisis. When I called to try to schedule a emergency visit after my symptoms returned, the receptionist named Pat was completely dismissive of me or my concerns. After crying to her on the phone that I needed to see my psychiatrist immediately, she told me the next available appointment wasn’t until weeks away and that I had no choice but to wait until then. The psychiatrist herself was nice but she only saw me for a few minutes tops for medication management, so how was she not able to accommodate me in an emergency situation? I paid out of pocket for each visit, as they didn’t accept Medicaid. No compassion or sympathy at this place, I even told the receptionist it was a life or death situation. Instead she hung up on me because she said I cursed at her. Which I admit I did, but how could anyone not after pleading for help and getting such a callous response? They do not care about you here at all. I now have no choice but to go to ER for help, with no insurance. Good luck to anybody who tries to help...
Read moreAbsolutely terrible experience. Completely unprofessional. I DO NOT recommend this practice at all. My niece saw NP Burnes for medication management. The NP changed some meds to which my niece had a very bad--potentially dangerous--reaction. I phoned her 3X, my niece phoned her 2X and my neice's therapist also phoned this NP 2X. Numerous messages were left. NONE of us received a call back from the NP or anyone else there. This is undoubtedly the most IRRESPONSIBLE and UNACCEPTABLE medical practice I've ever dealt with!
