This review is not in a hate or negativity but to make us very alert and check on medication before leaving Chill. just very disappointing issue I had last week I went like usually to pick my Terzepetide 2.5 mg medication that I have been on for almost 2 years I always pick up a month supply and get one administered on-site by one of the girls. The esthetician that administered my one injection that was supposed to be Terzepetide 2.5 mg medication made a mistake and instead gave me semaglutide 2.4 mg but like I always do just got it paid and left I didn’t even check because I trusted her but I just got home and left medicine in fridge as usual and on Saturday morning I woke up with huge headache and extremely nauseas, I called Sunday and spoke to esthetician Jocelyn and was very disappointed of her response I explained that the box I was given it says Semaglutide 2.4 mg and I been very sick then she responded don’t worry is the same thing both are same I told her I don’t think it’s the same because I have been on Terzepetide for 2 years and never got sick and I even asked her to look at pictures that were taken of medication before leaving and she said don’t worry about it just come next week and we will just give you the correct medication. Omg, why didn't I come here sooner?! I finally tried ChillRx because it was my birthday and they had the sampler to try some of their services. I had a great time, very relaxed and was able to easily add on to it while I was there. I highly recommend the bariatric oxygen and halo service. I believe they helped me with getting over the remnant from a respiratory illness that had lingered. I've since gone back for trying to treat my annoying mommy pooch that diet and exercise just wouldn't resolve. Oh my goodness! Let me just say, I am amazed at my results! Who knew, results in 1 day and no bruising, no surgery! Did 1 treatment of Star sculpt and Viola, pooch obliterated! I even checked my smart scale and it confirmed I lost a little body fat! I'm over the moon because for years I've tried everything to get it to go away! Obviously this can't address a poor diet and no exercise, but if you're looking for that little tweaking after you've addressed those things, this is a perfect solution! Everyone there was very friendly and accommodating and so helpful with helping a first timer like me understand which options were best for my issues. The facility is very clean and relaxing and there is off the street parking in the rear too!...

First time here this morning. Very clean facility, friendly and helpful staff. Booking online was simple and a quick waiver sign when you walk in. There is a small parking lot in the rear on the building. There's also street parking/side streets as well.

I did the full body 3 minute cryo. Everything is provided for. The robe, socks, headband, gloves and clogs. You leave your personal belongings inside the changing room with locks on the doors.

It went by a lot quicker that I thought it would. At first, I was able to tolerate it, but once the halfway point comes, my hands/fingers started to get numb and tingly. It does feel great afterwards. I had lower back pain before coming in and it felt a little better afterwards, so I can see why people keep coming back. As it would definitely benefit for injuries/muscle aches. There's music playing, that you can choose, during the 3 minutes so that helps. They ask you what type of music/artist you would like to play. You can keep the robe on during the session, but I chose to take it off.

I felt a little disoriented once I stepped out. I had a little trouble putting on my robe! Maybe my body was still in shock? But it was great. I'll be coming...
