Altar'd State Crocker Park — Local services in Westlake

If I could give 0 I would. I am a long time customer having always shopped at the beachwood store. Overjoyed is not the word to use when I started shopping at the newer location of Crocker Park. The staff is pleasant but there is one manager that seems to be a tyrant. On several occasions I have heard the way she talks to the staff. My most recent visit I overheard another employee speaking about "She only scheduled her one day this month to see if she will quit." That is DISGUSTING to know a FAITH BASED store treats employees this way. I have had my fair share of bad bosses and CORP. needs to do something about this situation. Women deserve to be treated with respect for one another, always! I put all my items back on the rack and promptly left the store. This will be my LAST time shopping at that store. From the second I walked into the store, to the time I walked out, my experience was top notch. First off, the store looked like a dream. It was so beautiful! The store manager and associates were all extremely accommodating and took time to get to know me to better understand my style and what I would look and feel the best in. I went in on a Monday and they mentioned that due to their Mission Monday initiative, a portion of my sale would go to benefit their charity of choice for that month.
