I love Anthropologie! I was greeted almost as soon as I walked in the door. The sales woman noticed I had a return and offered to take it for me as I shopped. She checked in on me as I was shopping as well, did a price check for me very cheerfully. I hate when you go into a store and they act you're putting them out by asking them anything. I’m giving it two stars strictly for the beauty of the store, clothing selection, accessories. The staff were not at all welcoming. It felt like they wanted a target group to shop at their store and if you didn’t fit that, bye! One of the associates was actually gossiping about another customer to someone else. I know it’s a high class store, but acting snobby doesn’t get you sales. Even if I did find something I wanted to purchase, I’ll take my business to a company with less...

I really like this store. I always manage to find something absolutely wonderful in on Sale. The girls who work in the fitting rooms are friendly and helpful. They always offer to find the right size and tell me honestly whether a dress suits me or not. They also offer something that they saw in the store and that I might not have noticed.
