John is one of the ( managers) I'm not sure why? He has the personality of a toad..In 40 years of shopping, he really has to be the worst person for a manager position I've ever met..And I've owned 3 businesses. He is so rude to the cashiers..they have apologized to me for his behavior..and then to the older lady behind me..3x I've had to deal with him..I try to avoid him..I hope corporate office can figure out how horrible...

We were visiting Cleveland from North Carolina when we happened upon West Bay Plaza as we were looking for a Hibachi restaurant. We did find a Hibachi restaurant who proceeded to go in and have a seat and as usual it's never a 1 hour dinner as they like to have you drag it out for at least 2 hours. The food was good the chef was funny and professional. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely go to the...

Plenty of shopping in the plaza including small restaurants. Plenty of parking handicap parking and accessibility to most of the stores in the plaza. Easy access to the highway. Several gas stations in the local area for facility is well-maintained parking lot and sidewalks and excellentfacility is well-maintained parking lot and sidewalks and excellent shape. Professional offices...
